Refund and Return Policies

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. We go to great lengths in ensuring our production and grade of materials is of the highest caliber. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can resolve any issue you may have.

Full refunds are issued for any in stock quick ship merchandise ordered less delivery fees. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. All payments are processed when the merchandise is shipped. Once an item has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order. If you wish to return any merchandise or have a problem due to damage upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. The merchandise must be returned in the same original condition and in the same packing materials originally used. If the packing materials were worn in any way during delivery or opening of the product, they must be repacked to the same standard before being reshipped back to our warehouse. You are responsible for any shipping and packing costs related to the return of the merchandise. All special orders and customization orders are considered final sale.

All orders are processed and shipped 48 hours after original payment has been received. If you want to cancel your order after you have placed the order, you must notify us within 48 hours after placing the order. If you choose to return or cancel an order after it has been placed you will be responsible for all shipping costs related. All merchandise being returned must be prepaid and insured.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa, Mast, Amex, and Checks. All orders paid with checks are held until the clearance of funds for the check has been done. This process usually takes 5 - 7 business days.

We require a 50% down payment when placing the order. The remaining 50% balance is due 5 days after you have received the order. The remaining balance will automatically be collected 5 days after receiving the merchandise using the credit card details provided unless otherwise specified.
